 Internal communication is about getting employees involved in the business and in the goals and visions of the company. It also means absorbing good ideas and putting them into practice in the organisation. The employees are the face of the company and it is important that everyone can represent their company in a professional manner.
This is how we work:
Newsroom explores what communication routes the organisation uses. We devise internal communication plans and present proposals for activities. We then help structure and develop channels for the implementation of these activities. This might involve building an intranet, improving a staff magazine or creating a platform for dialogue. Or it might be a workbook that all employees actually use in order to build up brands, visions, values and, quite simply, bring all employees together as a team.
